Instead of delivering the ordered tool, token delivered the cheaper plastic one. Even if Token reimbursed the difference of the prize, it is unsatisfactory to get something not ordered.

I ordered the full metal version of BB841T-5SPA for which I paid US$65 and they sent me the plastic one BB841TS-5RSP which worth US$35. I sought their advice. They contacted me promptly and offered a refund of the extra US$30. It sounds fair but this is still not I wanted. Hope the plastic one works fine.

Excellent easy to maintain product for gravel environment. Easy to remove, clean re-grease and put it back. Also, it is relatively inexpensive. Once bearings are shut, you can replace it with new BB
